What is Track Attack?  Athletes between the ages of 10-14 are introduced to 'Training'.  The focus of the Track Attack program is 'Learning to Train'.  The athletes are introduced to training and racing technique, developing physical strength, balance and flexibility to support their technique and educational sport components such as self responsibility, nutrition, equipment maintenance (waxing) and goal setting.  We introduce competition at the club level, attendance to Southern Ontario Club races is optional.  Jackrabbits level 4 is a pre-requisite or individual ski evaluation with one of our coaches can be arranged to determine a match in ski ability.

Registration for our program is ongoing, contact us if you would like to join in the FUN!

Please call Jen Scholte at 705-444-5017 or email Jen for program details.

***Note: Track Attack Registration Form is the same as the Jackrabbit Registration form due to program affiliation and development with Cross Country Ontario.
