O'Cup Team and SOD
...What does this mean?  Who are we?

The Highlands Trailblazer O'Cup Team  is a community of athletes that compete at the provincial leve, have the desire to compete nationally at Canadian Ski Nationals and focus on training and learning to compete at this level.  We work diligently skiers age 14-20 to develop competent technical skiers and well balanced athletes!

SOD stands for Southern Ontario Division.  This group trains along with our O'Cup team and the program is designed to introduce high school nordic skiers to training and racing with our club at the club level.  We provide opportunities based on each individuals goals and technical ability.

Please call Jen Scholte at 705-444-5017 or email Jen for a quick response.
